Anise Ricotta Cake 2lb. Ricotta Cheese 4 Eggs 3/4 Cup Sugar 2 teaspoons Anisette 1 Yellow cake mix Follow directions on cake box for yellow cake. Pour into a well greased 9x13 pan. In a lare bowl combine ricotta, eggs, sugar and anisette. Beat well. Pour over yellow cake batter and bake for 45 minutes to one hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
