"Closed On Tuesdays"

Beaufort Grocery Co. has published their first cook book Closed On Tuesdays.  This book is 128 pages of delicious family & restaurant recipes, 30 amazing photos & a beautifully painted cover by John Silver.  Beaufort area photos were by a local photographer & friend, Scott Taylor, who has a studio in Beaufort.  The food photos were done by one of Wendy's best friends, Angela Carson.  Angela owns her own photography studio in Michigan.  The forward was written by Ginny Gordon. Ginny Gordon is the owner of Ginny Gordon's Gifts & Gadgets in downtown Morehead City, NC.

The title of this book was inspired by the day that Beaufort Grocery Co. has always been closed, Tuesday.
